5、dustrial cluster theory refers to the predecessor’s research of agricultural industry cluster and analyzes the present situation, process of formation, characteristics and types on agricultural industry cluster in Inner

6、Mongolia; Besides, using location quotient coefficient and spatial Gini coefficient to measure the farming industry’s concentration of Inner Mongolia, and using hybrid OLS, fixed effects models, random effects model, by

7、the result of the comparison, to get the factors of affecting the region agriculture concentration, and influencing extent .Then combining with the analysis above, it points out the problems of agricultural industry clu

8、ster of Inner Mongolia in the process of development, as well as gives the relevant suggestions; What’s more, taking Helingeer as an example, which is successful in the process of developing agricultural industry cluster
