3、olution. A newly telemetry and telecommand unit is designed which can adapt to power conditioning unit with high power and high voltage. The designs of the logic timing circuit, conditioning and handing circuit, auxiliar

4、y power supply, and interface circuit are completed. The unit operates in cold redundancy. Hardware circuit is reasonably designed to greatly improve reliability and accuracy of the whole system. The unit is powered by a

5、 dedicated auxiliary supply, and adopts single switch forward topology which are attractive for wide range input. The purpose of interface circuit is to transfer information between the unit and on-board computer. The re
